A life experience centred on wellbeing, nature and human relationships

Located in Puglia, in southern Italy, Grottamiranda is a small-scale naturist holiday resort (30 guests), internationally renowned for the quality of its hospitality, its friendly atmosphere and its holistic approach to wellbeing.

Here, naturism is experienced as an invitation to authenticity, simplicity and human connection, in an exceptional natural setting, between sun, sea and the Italian way of life.

For the 2026 season (01/05 – 21/10/2026), Sergio will be your :

Wellbeing Experience & Human Relations Officer

A key role within the resort, intended for someone wishing to fully immerse themselves in a human and enriching experience.

Sergio will be part of a small, friendly and welcoming team made up of

Pierre, Martine, Serena, Maria, Stefano and Vincent.

He will receive training and support, with kindness and consideration. Mutual support is a core value within the team.

Main mission : to provide guests with a smooth, warm and memorable experience, in keeping with the values of the venue.

1. Wellness experience

· Be responsible for the wellness area (sauna, hot and cold baths, lighting and sound, wood fire),

· Accompany guests as they discover the wellness circuit, providing guidance and support

2. Conviviality & moments of sharing

· Manage the bar and service areas (cleanliness, restocking, quality of service),

· Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails (we will train you),

· Host happy hours in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere,

· Advise guests and contribute to increasing bar and kitchen sales, inform customers about the menus.

3. Aquatic areas & living environment

· Ensure the safety and proper use of swimming pools and baths,

· Ensure a respectful, clean and peaceful atmosphere

· Leading fun water activities (meditation, games, water polo, etc.)

4. Guest relations & owner liaison

· Maintain warm and discreet daily contact with guests

· Answer questions, provide guidance and information

· Act as a trusted intermediary between guests and owners

He is :

· Naturist, or genuinely curious and respectful of this lifestyle

· Sensitive to notions of wellbeing, presence and relationship quality

· Comfortable in a welcoming, supportive and facilitative role

· Responsible, dependable, self-sufficient

· Already having some professional experience and a certain level of maturity

He is also :

· Cheerful, dynamic and caring

· Comfortable with the idea of leading groups and building relationships

· Attracted by Italy, sunshine, nature and outdoor living

· Sporty and comfortable in an aquatic environment

· Fluent in English (French would be an advantage)
